Cancellation policies:
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

- Up to 91 days before the arrival date, free cancellation.- 90 to 61 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- 60 to 31 days before the arrival date, 50% of the booking amount.- 30 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the booking.- In case of a no show: the full amount of the booking
Additional notes:

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.

Refund of security deposit to the credit card 24/48h after your departure
